Once you have completed the online order, simply follow the prompts to print
out the form, fax the order to us and call us to confirm.
This is so that you can graphically represent your design in the space provided, and so that we can talk to you in person about how we can best help you.

- Maximum of 14 characters (letters or numbers)
- We recommend all our products be packaged airtight and are kept away from excessive heat.
- All skill and care is taken to match your design choices exactly, however our product is made entirely by hand and slight variations will occur.
