Returns / Refunds Policy You may only return defective, unopened items, purchased at Sticky Online Store, within 30 days of the original delivery. All returns should be delivered to PO Box 168 Lane Cove NSW 1595. If the item is found to be defective, and the defect is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping costs. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) which can be obtained by contacting Sticky Head Office on +61 2 9427 3664. If the product is found to be defective, and the defect is a result of our error, we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. NotificationIf we are unable to fullfill and order we will notify you within two working days to arrange alternative product or refund. Delivery and Shipping Policy Retail Product purchased online All product is delivered by Australia Post or the relevant Postal Service in you country. Please allow 10 working days for delivery within Australia and 21 days for any international delivery. Product will be delivered on or before the Due Date assigned to your order. As deliveries are made by an external courier service, we are unable to guarantee delivery times. At your request we will notify you on dispatch of your product and advise you of the Courier Service and Consignment Number so that you can track the delivery.
